Mona and George’s day was beautiful in every way!  The weather: perfect – the flowers: phenomenal – the lighting:  made the evening just glow!

Mona and George had both an Indian ceremony and a Catholic ceremony, so we had plenty of opportunities capture the day in both an artistic and documentary style.  Our amazing friend Bryce York assisted and was a joy to work with!

In fact, the wedding professionals that worked together are what made this such a seamless and beautiful day.  Pam Hale from Passion for Petals outdid herself as always with a beautiful floral oasis for the ceremony on the courtyard lawn at the Mansion (who’s staff was also spectacular!), as well as making the most amazing centerpieces and arrangements for the reception.  And the lighting!  Jason Weldon of Synergetic Sounds and his amazing staff transformed the room with gorgeous draping and dramatic lighting projected on the dance floor (to all brides – please invest in lighting, it makes SUCH an impact!).  We also got to work with Sheryl from Perfect Weddings.

Mona and George were so much fun to photograph – they just let go during their photoshoot, and everyone had a great time!  So great in fact that we visited the local playground, and let their inner child come out and play (sorry, you’ll have to wait till the next post for those images!).  Louis Anthony was the videographer for the day (also amazing to work with – I really can’t say enough about the wedding professionals Mona & George pulled together!), and I have to credit him with a lot of the locations we visited – he has a brilliant vision!  I love it when couples really relax and just enjoy those moments after the ceremony – the pressure is off, a fun-filled evening is ahead of them, and they are finally together as husband-and-wife!  Enjoy that!  Dance around, strut your stuff, kick up your heels (Mona & George did!  All those pictures will be in the next post – I promise!) – its makes ALL the difference in your images!

More to come soon!
