Laura and I have seen a lot of weddings, it is our life after all!
We also have some very creative and amazing couples who choose a unique element or style that really stands out. Sometimes it is a small detail that makes us go “wow! I love this” or something we’ve never seen before, and we love anything unique! Most of the time they go in Laura’s mental journal on things she wants if she could do our wedding all over again (of course I keep telling her no!) but at the end of the day, we have seen some pretty amazing things. Ellen and Kris’ wedding was more than just one or two of these things. Mark Kingsdorf from QohWeddings teamed up with Phyllis from Eventricity and went over the top with decor. They tented the patio area of the WaterWorks Restaurant and just kept going up from there.
This wedding had everything! Ice sculptures, ice bars, living statues, a white dance floor, a sushi bar, and even a fire eating dancer to entertain everyone once it got dark. These guys were such a fun couple, besides being a car nut like myself, you can see Kris is an ACDC fan with their wedding logo! Wrapping up the night was a fireworks show over the river to rival the 4th of July!
